Planning for Paris

I have started researching the sites I will see in Paris and they are so amazing just on paper. I can't imagine what it will be like to see them in person. Here is a list of the ones that we are planning on seeing.
Arc Triomphe
Versaillies
Eiffel Tower (2 separate trips)
Notre Dame
Opera National de Paris
Louvre
Sacre Coeur
Seine River
Pere-Lachaise Cemetery ( maybe)
Shopping (Free P Star, Shakespeare Books, Tati and a department store)
Saint-Quen Flea Market- largest in world
I met with a friend yesterday who just got back two weeks ago and she told me of an amazing vintage shop to visit. Another friend of mine gave me a pack of goodies to use while I am gone such as, a electrical plug converter, passport and ticket holder for when I am in the airport, neck pillow and $15 euros. How sweet of her to think of me. Everyone who has been traveling abroad is giving me the best information, things that I wouldn't even think of because this is my first time. One friend said not worry about the French men. My thought was, "French men? What do you mean, I wasn't planning on talking to any french men!"

I bought a great pair of boots to take and because the wrong tracking number was given to me I can't see where it is or when the package will arrive. I love to track my packages and I am anxious to see if they are as comfortable as the add said they were. Definitely stylish and since I am going to Paris I think that might be important, right after comfort of course. I realized that I don't walk much and so I have no idea if my shoes are actually comfortable for five days of walking or not. How do you test that out? If there is anything that I am stressing about it is the shoes. Everything else will be amazing. I also remembered to buy an new memory card for my camera so all the pictures I will be taking will fit. It is all starting to come together. Less than two weeks to go. Just dreaming of going is a treat. It is almost like being on vacation as I plan it.

Thanks Mary! I'm afraid no one can stop me talking about it, he he! I'm probably boring some people to tears but I'm about to burst with the excitement of it all.
