Pink Hair

Yesterday was such a beautiful day. As I was driving home I pulled over to the side of the road and snapped a picture of Mt. St. Helens. This is just two minutes from my house. When she blew in 1980 this is the spot that the barricades went up and you couldn't go past this spot because you would be in the danger zone. All the news camera crews set up right where I am standing. Anyhoo, I thought it was worth stopping and taking a photo of.

Well, I did it! I got pink put in my hair. I have wanted to for years and so I finally went ahead and took the plunge. After it was all done my colorist says he didn't think it would look good but he was pleasantly surprised. Now, that is something that might have been good to know ahead of time. I thought he was just trying to talk me out of it because he was thinking I was too old for such foolery. Apparently, purple is the color to get. It is the new neutral. I'm a pink girl and tend to do what I want, a little rebellion runs in my blood, so I went with pink. So FUN!

Hey Teri! Your haircut is too cute. I got mine cut short again last week. I tried the longer hair, but it is just to fine and straight. It was driving me nuts. Went back to the layered shorter cut. Don't think I could do the pink, but it looks cute on you.
Beautiful photo of Mt.St. Helen. That was close. Bet that was a little frightening.
Hugs,
Tara
