Seaside Oregon

I spent a couple of days down at the beach. I was expecting stormy weather and it ended up being gorgeous. I opened the patio door to hear the ocean and seagulls squawk and sat by the fireplace. It was a great time. No major emergencies at home so I was able to relax and dream a bit about some art goals and projects I want to do.
I got a couple of journal pages done which I will share tomorrow. Nothing too exciting. I am counting the days and anticipating when I get to sew my last signature in my new journal. I have a feeling that the next 1 1/2 months is going to go by quickly.

Is that a real picture or a painting?

Beautiful! I love being at the beach off season, and when the weather is cooler.

Glad you had some time to relax and dream!

Hugs!

Yes, it is a real picture taken right from our balcony. My husband and I went for just a couple of days and it was very nice.
