My husband and I installed our Martha Stuart closet system and it is so pretty. I am getting 3 times the space I currently have and let's just say I am doing the happy dance. Well, most of the kitchen cabinets are painted and hung. I put beadboard wallpaper in the center and I think it worked great. Now I need to have someone level and adjust Ll the cabinets so they hang straight. My next project is to paint the window trim and walls. I guess I had better get going.

Was working on my 2010 journal today.  Because I am an avid art journaler I have to have two volumes each year.  Jan - June in volume 1 and July - December in volume 2.I finished making the cover for volume 2 today and sewed four of the signatures into the cover. I spent yesterday taking a class from Jesse Reno.He is a very talented guy and was very gracious to all of us trying to learn his style, which in my opinion only one person in the class came close (hint, it wasn't me).  We all made valiant efforts however.  This is how his painting started out.  What was interesting was that he did his in portrait style and the rest of us did it in landscape.

As I was journaling this morning I realized that stress is trying to crowd into my peaceful days again. It doesn't help that the gray days are hanging around too. They make good company for each other but not for me.I fell asleep last night praying, trying to give it all to God.
